How to delete your data (English)

If you connected cosy-slide to your Instagram account and want to remove all data we have stored on your behalf, you have three options:

In the app: Log in to cosy-slide, go to Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect. This immediately removes your OAuth access token and the connected account from our database, together with the posts, performance metrics, analyses and image files we obtained from that account.
Via Instagram or Facebook: Open Settings → Apps and Websites, find cosy-slide and click Remove. Meta will send us a signed deletion request and we remove the same data automatically.
By e-mail: Send a deletion request to info@cosy-tec.ch and we will manually delete your account within 30 days.

What we delete: OAuth access token, Instagram Business Account ID, Instagram username, connection timestamp, and the cached copy of your own posts including captions, media files, performance metrics and any AI analyses derived from them. We do not store your followers list, messages, or any content from other users.

After deletion you will receive a confirmation code. You can verify the status of your deletion request below or by contacting us.

Falls Sie cosy-slide mit Ihrem Instagram-Konto verbunden haben und alle gespeicherten Daten löschen möchten, haben Sie drei Möglichkeiten:

In der App: Melden Sie sich bei cosy-slide an, gehen Sie zu Einstellungen → Integrationen und klicken Sie auf Trennen. Dadurch werden Ihr OAuth-Token und die Kontoverknüpfung sofort aus unserer Datenbank entfernt, ebenso die aus diesem Konto bezogenen Beiträge, Leistungswerte, Analysen und Bilddateien.
Über Instagram oder Facebook: Öffnen Sie dort Einstellungen → Apps und Websites, wählen Sie cosy-slide aus und klicken Sie auf Entfernen. Meta schickt uns einen signierten Löschauftrag, und wir löschen denselben Umfang automatisch.
Per E-Mail: Senden Sie eine Löschanfrage an info@cosy-tec.ch — wir löschen Ihren Account innerhalb von 30 Tagen manuell.

Was gelöscht wird: OAuth-Access-Token, Instagram-Business-Account-ID, Instagram-Nutzername, Verbindungs-Zeitstempel sowie die zwischengespeicherte Kopie Ihrer eigenen Beiträge samt Bildunterschriften, Mediendateien, Leistungswerten und daraus erstellten KI-Analysen. Wir speichern keine Follower-Listen, Direktnachrichten oder fremde Inhalte.
